What this site is

This is a personal site presenting Danilo's own music, with links to the shops and platforms that carry it. It has no accounts, no payments, no comments and no user submissions.

Content ownership

The music, text, artwork and video on this site are his own work. Reuse needs written permission. Streaming and purchase happen on the linked platforms, under their own terms.

Third parties

Links and embedded players lead to Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and the reel videos are served from Cloudflare storage. Each of these has its own terms and privacy policy.

Availability

The site is offered as it is. It may change, and it may be unavailable at times, with no warranty.

The owner's own automation

Tools run by the owner access only his own accounts on these platforms, to publish his own material and read his own statistics. They collect no data about visitors and no third-party user data, and nothing is sold or shared.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Croatia.
